Delete your PuriNotes account and data

In the app: open PuriNotes → tap the person icon at the top right of the library screen → scroll to the red “เขตอันตราย” (danger zone) section → tap “ลบบัญชีถาวร” (delete account permanently) → confirm twice; the second step requires typing the words ลบบัญชี. Deletion is immediate.

By email: if you cannot open the app, write from your registered email address to [email protected] asking to delete your PuriNotes account. We delete within 30 days.

This is the same account as the pali.purivaro.com website — deleting it also removes your website access, and cannot be undone.

What is deleted: your account (email address and name), your Google sign-in link, sign-in tokens on every device, all notebooks, all handwriting and its edit history, quiz marks, reading positions, web highlights, custom syntax colours, notebook share links and member lists.

What is kept: nothing. Records are hard-deleted from the database in a single transaction — not flagged as pending deletion — and we keep no database backups, so no copy of your data remains afterwards. Data stored on your own device is removed by uninstalling the app.

Deleting only some data, without deleting your account: delete a single notebook from the library screen (its handwriting is removed from the server on the next sync), revoke a share link or remove an individual member from a shared notebook, or sign out to stop syncing without deleting anything.
